Plus, you’ll never have to worry about leaving it at home—it’s always accessible on your phone through the FitSarah app. You'll get a complete shopping list each week of every item needed to prep your food for that week. You'll never forget your shopping list at home again since it will be accessible from your phone through the FitSarah app.

  • You'll have access to the entire FitSarah library of healthy and satisfying recipes - also, right from your phone through the FitSarah app.

  • In addition, you’ll receive a 30-minute one-on-one session with me each week to review your progress, address any challenges, and explore the underlying reasons why previous attempts to change your eating habits may not have been successful. In addition you'll get one 30 min 1-on-1 session with me per week to discuss progress, possible bumps in the road and get help finding the reasons why you may have failed with changing your eating in the past.

How it works

  • After selecting this plan, you’ll complete a brief onboarding questionnaire. FitSarah will review your responses to determine the best plan for your needs. Your personalized plan will then be uploaded to the app, and you’ll receive a message through the app’s chat feature to schedule your initial 30-minute one-on-one session. Once you've chosen this plan, fill out the onboarding questionnaire. FitSarah will review it and decide which plan is right for you. She will upload your plan in your app and reach out, via the message section in the app to book your initial 30 min 1-on-1 session.
